Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Head Office team. You will manage end-to-end HR processes, payroll (WPS), visas, contracts, and labour law compliance for our UAE operations in hospitality.

The role requires strong confidentiality, fluent English, and 3–5 years UAE HR experience in hotels; a Bachelor’s degree is required. You will partner with managers, maintain HRIS data, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably within hospitality/hotels.
• Experience managing employment processes/relations and contracts.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations.
• Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in English.
