Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR and Administration professional to manage day-to-day operations, induction, leave, resignations and terminations, and oversee camps and staff welfare. You will ensure UAE Labour Law and MOHRE compliance and handle grievances and performance issues.

You will coordinate mobilization, onboarding, transfers and documentation, visit client camps as needed, and liaise with vendors to keep offices and camps running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years UAE experience in manpower supply.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and MOHRE procedures.
• Fluent in English and spoken Hindi.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Firm, confident, assertive, street-smart with good judgment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and Administration.
• Handle induction/orientation, annual leave, resignations and terminations.
• Oversee camps, camp staff, accommodation and welfare.
• Handle grievances, absenteeism, discipline and performance issues.
• Manage transportation, insurance, vendors and service providers.
• Ensure offices are maintained and staff requirements are met.
• Coordinate mobilization, onboarding, transfers and documentation.
• Regularly visit client camps where our staff are employed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
• Maintain a firm but fair approach when dealing with employees.
• Keep management updated on important HR and administrative matters.
