Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an HR data entry assistant in Dubai to accurately input and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. You will maintain physical and digital employee records, support onboarding, and assist in generating HR reports by compiling data from multiple sources as requested by the HR team.

A sponsored visa is required; Golden Visa holders are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Sponsored visa required (parents/spouse) - Golden Visa holders not eligible.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update employee information in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain and organize employee records, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Assist in generating HR reports by compiling data from various sources as requested by the HR team.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and entering their details into the system.
