Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Operations Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment in the UAE. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to attract a skilled workforce, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and ongoing HR records within the HRIS. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR operations, a relevant degree, and professional HR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management with a focus on HR Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CRP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to selection.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, events, and agencies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate technical assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with internal teams.
• Verify documents and support background checks.
• Maintain a talent pool of pre-screened candidates.
• Track recruitment activities and report hiring metrics.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and manage hires, transfers, exits.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and exit workflows including settlements and asset returns.
• Validate attendance, overtime, and payroll inputs with finance.
