Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR business partnering, workforce planning, data management, and HR operations across the function.

You will maintain dashboards, assist with performance cycles, development initiatives, and ensure compliance with UAE labour requirements while protecting confidentiality.

This role offers exposure to a large organisation within the Emirates Group and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• HR certifications such as CIPD are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations.
• Experience in large organisations and workforce administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HRBP activities across business functions and ensure timely completion of employee actions.
• Support workforce planning by maintaining manpower trackers and consolidating data.
• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and confidential employee records.
• Coordinate HRBP processes and employee experience initiatives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate performance management by assisting cycles and documentation.
• Support talent management and employee development initiatives with information and reports.
• Coordinate HR initiatives and operational activities with follow-up actions.
• Support compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
