HR Coordinator - People Experience – The Emirates Group
Location: Dubai
Job Purpose
To provide and deliver comprehensive administration support at every touch-point in the employees lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- General accountabilities and day-to-day people experience operation.
- Deliver a consistently high-level quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders.
- Execute all HR-assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with policies, procedures and instructions while ensuring confidentiality.
- Familiarize with HR systems and data landscape to perform processes accurately.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, and cost reduction in employee lifecycle touch-points.
- Maintain accurate reporting on HR activities and produce ad-hoc reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team: screening applicants, coordinating interviews, managing job requisitions and supporting offer creation.
- Administer and score psychometric tests following testing standards and procedures.
- Deliver a customized onboarding process and orientation that facilitates a positive candidate experience.
- Process all transactional activities of the employee lifecycle within the Service Level Agreements.
- Provide high-quality, consistent HR guidance, support and resolution to managers and employees focused on people experience.
- Investigate, acquire and verify all relevant documents to process transactions.
- Coordinate and allocate appointments with the Talent Identification team, manage testing schedules and follow-ups, and inform relevant parties.
- Collaborate with other teams and ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Deliver customised off-boarding process and briefing to leavers, enhancing their experience.
- Ensure due diligence of all financial and non-financial aspects of the process.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback through exit surveys.
Qualifications & Experience
12 years of schooling or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience in Human Resources covering recruitment, shared services, onboarding and off-boarding.
Knowledge / Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques and experience handling recruitment projects and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office; strong quality orientation and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
Fixed Compensation (Dubai)
