Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking a dedicated Contingent Workforce Manager to build and manage a skilled pool of contingent workers, coordinate ramp‑ups and ramp‑downs with cost controls, and oversee onboarding, training, and compliance activities. You will ensure proper documentation and the right‑to‑work status, while working with HR to convert top performers to full‑time roles.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in recruitment or contingent workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (required).
• Strong experience with high-volume recruitment and contingent workforce management.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing contingent workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pool of qualified contingent workers aligned with company needs.
• Monitor department staffing and coordinate ramp‑up/down of contingent labor to optimize costs.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for contingent workers and ensure right-to-work documents.
• Maintain accurate vendor management system records for compliance and data.
• Support conversion of contingent workers to full‑time employees when suitable.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs and contracts.
• Manage work order requests with talent acquisition for timely processing.
• Address misconduct or underperformance concerns with stakeholders.
• Coordinate PPE and uniforms for contingent workers per safety rules.
• Serve as a point of contact for contingent workers and resolve grievances.
