Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) seeks a seasoned professional to develop manpower forecasting models and align staffing with business needs in Dubai. You will gather, analyze, and present workforce data to influence senior management and support budgeting processes.

The role requires coordinating standards for shifts, breaks and workload distribution, and validating proposals for compliance. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have 5+ years in resource management or manpower planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in resource management or manpower planning.
• 2+ years’ experience in catering, airport, or similar operations.
• Experience with airport resource management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop manpower forecasting models across business units.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and present insights to senior management.
• Establish engagement standards, shifts, breaks and workload distribution.
• Validate manpower proposals and ensure shift/roster compliance.
• Review audits and ensure recommendations are followed.
• Evaluate business cases and support timely decisions.
• Drive manpower planning and cost-control aligned with strategy.
