Job summary

FH Logistics is seeking a proactive HR & Administration Executive to join the Dubai team. This urgent opening requires immediate or short-notice joining to support busy HR operations and office administration.

Applicants should have 3–5 years UAE HR & Admin experience, strong MS Office/Excel skills, and solid knowledge of UAE HR processes and documentation. Experience with visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, and insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Support payroll and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with PRO and government authorities.
• Manage office administration and facilities.
• Handle driver and staff documentation and renewals.
• Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning.
