Job summary

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre is hiring a Team Lead for Housekeeping. The role focuses on coordinating housekeeping operations, liaising with engineering for maintenance, and ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to cleanliness standards in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in hotel housekeeping, a hospitality-related degree is preferred, and strong coaching skills to elevate departmental performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of full-time housekeeping experience in hotels/resorts and good admin skills.
• Ability to train, coach and support team members to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with engineering for maintenance repairs across areas.
• Communicate new/amended procedures to departments clearly and timely.
• Control usage of guest amenities, chemicals, equipment and linen to avoid waste.
• Assist in inventories conducted monthly or quarterly.
• Coordinate with banqueting and F&B to ensure spaces are ready as needed.
