Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Room Attendants and Housekeeping Attendants.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and Hyatt standards.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for arrival according to quality standards.
• Monitor room status updates and coordinate with Front Office on availability and guest requests.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to housekeeping staff.
