Jumeirah Zabeel House the Greens, Dubai, is seeking a Team Lead - Housekeeping to manage day-to-day activities within a luxury hotel environment. You will lead and mentor the housekeeping team, ensure impeccable guest service, and maintain smooth operations across departments.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of international hospitality experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and language skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international hospitality
• Experience of working internationally and understanding cultural differences
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities and motivate the team.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
