Job summary

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, conduct inspections, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences. 2+ years in a similar role and a passion for high standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Housekeeping training certification and/or Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
