Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Housekeeping training certification and/or Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operation across guest rooms and public areas
• Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional quality standards
• Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure 5-star cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Manage daily room allocations, VIP priorities, and operational follow-up
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
