Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel in the UAE seeks passionate Room Attendants to create spotless, comfortable guest rooms and maintain corridors, service areas and public spaces to the highest standards.

With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort, strong English, a keen eye for detail, and a team-focused mindset, you will help deliver thoughtful amenities, swift guest responses, and a memorable hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Room Attendant in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create spotless, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms that exceed expectations.
• Ensure guest corridors, service areas, balconies, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
• Deliver thoughtful guest amenities and room set-ups with consistency and care.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help create memorable stays.
• Provide professional evening turndown service.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and storage areas in pristine condition.
• Follow all health, safety, security, and lost & found procedures.
• Support sustainability initiatives through responsible use of resources.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
