JA Hatta Fort Hotel in Dubai is seeking a confident Head Waiter to lead the restaurant team and deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will coach staff, ensure smooth service, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen and management to elevate guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
• Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Experience training and leading multicultural teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
