Job summary

JA Resorts & Hotels invites a confident Head Waiter to lead the JA Hatta Fort Hotel dining floor in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, mentoring the service team, and upholding the highest standards of service and safety.

You will collaborate with kitchen and management, oversee service flow, and drive exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is required or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership and train-the-trainer certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operations knowledge.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management
• Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
• Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage
