Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel in the stunning Hajar Mountains invites a warm, guest-focused Guest Service Agent to help create memorable stays for our guests.

You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and tailor service with attention to profiles and preferences, while coordinating with departments to ensure exceptional experiences. Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus. Protel knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Front Office or guest-facing role within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer literacy; knowledge of Protel is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or German are a plus.
• A positive attitude, genuine warmth, and a passion for looking after people.
