Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a large five-star hotel or integrated resort.
• Minimum 6 years of PAD experience in a large five-star hotel or integrated resort.

Responsibilities

• Champion Wynn Al Marjan Island values and FORBES 5 Star Classification.
• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas per standard procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections of public areas and gaming spaces.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule changes and staffing.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor health and safety, quality control, and training plans.
