Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our Housekeeping team. The role focuses on daily reporting, workload coordination, and system updates using Opera/FCS1, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of admin experience in hospitality, housekeeping exposure, and strong MS Office skills to support a luxury resort environment on Al Marjan Island.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years admin experience (hospitality/luxury preferred).
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera & FCS1 software.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and updates.
• Handle calls, requests, and follow-ups.
• Use Opera/FCS1 to track room status and service requests.
• Monitor and follow up on trace reports.
• Raise and track maintenance/service requests.
• Support room assignments and system updates.
• Control master keys and devices.
• Track on-loan items.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and priorities.
• Manage leave records and communicate sick calls.
• Monitor room turnover and report updates.
• Support communication during PMS downtime.
• Handle pest complaints and missing item logs.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and office supplies.
• Provide admin support to Housekeeping leadership.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
