Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader for Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation and related facilities. You will lead and coach a team to maintain surgical-level cleanliness across guest rooms, staff housing and public areas, while coordinating with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in housekeeping with supervisory experience, exposure to pre-opening operations, and strong scheduling and communication skills to sustain Wynn’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Minimum of two years in housekeeping with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Experience in pre-opening operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Wynn cleanliness standards across guest rooms, staff accommodations, back-of-house, lockers and public spaces.
• Implements deep-cleaning procedures on a regular basis to maintain impeccable environments.
• Maintains schedules for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Leads housekeeping staff, provides coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinates with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
