Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Coordinator - Public Area to join its Public Area team. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, reporting to managers, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across public spaces of the resort.

The ideal candidate will have fluent English, at least two years of administrative experience in luxury hospitality, familiarity with Opera and FCS1, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (spoken, written, reading) required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in hospitality or luxury hotel.
• Experience with Opera and FCS1 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and information for managers’ morning briefings.
• Handle calls, update and log requests from attendants.
• Coordinate with Public Area Supervisors to follow up on tasks.
• Raise maintenance and other job orders for Public Area team.
• Assist with reallocating spaces for Public Area Attendants.
• Maintain sign-in/out for keys; report discrepancies.
• Manage issued devices and ensure returns at shift end.
• Coordinate VIP movement, groups, events with other departments.
• Input leave requests in the system for Public Area staff.
• Perform area inspections and monitor public spaces.
• Provide administrative support to Managers and Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional interactions.
