Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar 5* hotel is preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to meet luxury standards.
• Attend daily briefings and shift briefings with leaders and supervisors.
• Oversee rosters, staffing, and performance; coach staff as needed.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet resort SOPs and safety rules.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure seamless arrivals and turnover.
• Monitor productivity, timekeeping, and resources; report anomalies.
• Train and develop colleagues; manage hiring and recruitment.
• Enforce safety procedures and fire prevention regulations.
