Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor for our luxury resort. You will oversee room attendants, manage rosters, train staff, and ensure adherence to service standards.

Fluent English, 2 years in a 5-star hotel, strong leadership, and computer literacy are required. You will collaborate with Front Office and ensure guest satisfaction and safe operations, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management/ Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years previous experience in a similar position, in 5* hotel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent customer service focus and computer literacy.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring standards and guest experience.
• Manage departmental rosters and supervise staff performance.
• Coach and train Assistants, team leaders, and colleagues.
• Coordinate with Front Office for smooth room turnover and guest arrivals.
• Conduct safety, quality audits and corrective actions as required.
• Recruitment support and interviews for new colleagues.
• Monitor supplies, costs, and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Address guest complaints, determine root causes, and prevent recurrences.
