Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry market trends and competitors activities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, research potential clients and build relationships.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
• Prepare sales reports for management including financial forecasts and budget plans.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for guests.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to promote the hotel's services.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff on effective sales techniques.

Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth

As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients

You must have excellent communication skills be able to work well under pressure and have a deep understanding of the hotel industry Previous experience in a similar role is required

This is an urgent position with free visa and ticket provided

Salary $1000 per month negotiable based on experience Location Abu Dhabi UAE
