Job summary

Want More is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue, manage relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, at least 3 years in hotel sales, proven targets, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently. Salary is $1500 per month with visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and hit targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
