Job summary

SteelAxis in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager with proven experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market. The role focuses on attracting Indian customers, building key partnerships, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives.

You will lead a sales team, develop budgets, track performance and collaborate with marketing to expand presence in the Indian hospitality segment. Local travel and client management are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hotel sales with strong Indian market understanding.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot.

We are currently hiring for a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi This role is ideal for someone with experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain Indian customers
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agents and other key partners in the Indian market
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Create and manage budgets forecasts and reports to track progress and measure success
• Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the hotels offerings and able to effectively sell to Indian guests
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and revenue management to develop promotional campaigns targeted towards Indian customers
• Represent the hotel at trade shows events and other networking opportunities within the Indian community

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales with a strong understanding of the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
