Job summary

AlphaConnect in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy for our luxury hotel. You will lead the sales team, ensuring targets are met and guests receive excellent service.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, preparing reports, budgets, and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

We are in need of a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Sharjah. As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also oversee the sales team ensuring they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Manage the sales team providing guidance training and motivation to achieve targets
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set goals
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Attend industry events trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel
• Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales preferably in a managerial role

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

As a full-time employee you will be provided with accommodation within the hotel premises.
