Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel such as marketing and events to promote the hotels services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities in order to make informed decisions about sales strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance forecasting future trends and identifying areas for improvement.
• Attend trade shows conferences networking events etc to represent the hotel and promote its services.

To excel in this role you should have a strong background in sales and hospitality with excellent communication and negotiation skills You must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients understand their needs and preferences and provide exceptional customer service Attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for success in this position
