Job summary

La Suite Dubai Hotel & Apartments is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, network and system issues affecting staff and guests.

You will install, configure and maintain desktops, printers and mobile devices, support hotel applications including PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, IPTV, key card systems and telephony solutions, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime and security.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Support hotel applications and systems including PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, IPTV, key card systems and telephony.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor network connectivity and ensure reliable operation of hotel technology services.
• Create and manage user accounts, access rights and email accounts.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, updates and patches.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of equipment and licenses.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering IT equipment and access.
