Job summary

Qualifications

License or Certification: Driver's License.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Open and inspect equipment; locate shut-offs and operate building utilities safely.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
Document daily activities and problems for shift handoffs.
Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper disposal of materials.
Assist with painting, drywall repairs, bulb replacement, and A/C filter changes.
Test and troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs in guestrooms and common areas.
