Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests promptly.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Visually inspect equipment and identify issues.
• Carry tools and equipment as needed for tasks.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves and building utility shut-offs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts.
• Follow safety policies and complete training before work.
