Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels Middle East is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms meet Premier Inn standards and guest expectations. You will release rooms, manage stock, and maintain safety and hygiene practices while communicating with guests in a friendly, down-to-earth manner.

The role also involves coaching staff, conducting briefings, and monitoring KPIs to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reception team in a branded hotel.
• Computer literate with Opera hotel software.
• Hygiene and safety experience.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the housekeeping team to deliver rooms to standards.
• Release rooms to meet brand and guest expectations.
• Manage stock levels and daily room allocations, shifts and reports.
• Monitor KPI progress and provide coaching and development to the team.
