You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, report maintenance needs, and support back-of-house teams to keep offices and workspaces tidy.

Responsibilities

• Follow Lost and Found policies for items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance, or repair issues.
• Report lost items from guest rooms.
• Ensure linen is in good condition and placed per brand standards.
• Keep the trolley and pantry area clean and tidy at all times.
