Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels Middle East is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to lead, motivate and train the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms meet Premier Inn standards and guest expectations are managed with a friendly, down-to-earth approach.

You will handle daily inspections, stock management, shift planning, KPI tracking, and support the Housekeeping Manager. Experience leading a branded hotel housekeeping team and proficiency in Opera are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reception or housekeeping team in a branded hotel.
• Strong coaching and feedback abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to develop guest relationships and drive positive reviews.
• Manage first level escalations in line with role scope.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping policies and standards.
• Oversee room cleanliness, hygiene, and PPE practices.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back offices.
• Manage stock levels and allocate rooms/shifts.
• Prepare reports and analyze KPI performance.
