Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist for our Dubai operations. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and provide information about local promotions and activities.

A strong customer focus and attention to detail are essential. Requirements include at least 1 year of Front Office experience, proficiency with Opera PMS, and Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Front Office receptionist experience.
• Proficient in Opera PMS.
• Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Customer-focused and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out with warm service.
• Answer calls and provide information on promotions and area offerings.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain reception area and office duties.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest requests.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
