The role involves rotating desks across hotels, handling bookings, payments, and guest inquiries while delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

Applicants should have 3+ years in customer service or hospitality, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management and Sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, and/or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or certification in Hospitality Management and Sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests and offer personalized recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues professionally.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to promote and sell various services and experiences.
• Organized and detail-oriented to manage bookings, payments, and guest interactions effectively.
• Team player who collaborates well with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Fluent in languages (Arabic, Russian, French, German, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Fluency in tourism management related to sales processes and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests at the desk with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Provide information about Abu Dhabi destination products, services, and experiences.
• Process sales and purchases of Masarra products through designated portals and systems.
• Offer correct products based on guest needs and preferences.
• Engage with guests to identify interests and upsell suitable packages or experiences.
• Maintain a guest-centric approach and ensure satisfaction through interaction and after-sales.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Promote and sell experiences, including theme parks, desert safaris, city tours, and airport services.
• Manage bookings for hotel rooms and experiences via the reservation system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless service.
