The role requires 1–3 years in concierge or related luxury-hospitality positions, with a strong emphasis on VIP handling, reservations, and proactive guest care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar luxury-hotel role.
• VIP and high-profile guest requests experience is advantageous.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Job Description

The Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering personalized and exceptional guest services that enhance the overall luxury hospitality experience. Acting as a key point of contact for guests, the Concierge Agent provides information, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and tailored assistance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence. The role serves as an ambassador for the hotel, ensuring every guest receives memorable and seamless experiences throughout their stay.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, shopping destinations, cultural sites, restaurants, and events.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the standards of a luxury hotel.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours, and special activities.
• Coordinate bookings for entertainment, cultural experiences, sporting events, and other guest requests.
• Facilitate VIP guest requirements and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations.
• Assist guests with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements when required.
• Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.
• Ensure VIP guests receive special recognition and personalized attention.
• Liaise effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and local partners.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate important guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments.
• Maintain an organized and professional concierge desk area.
• Ensure brochures, maps, promotional materials, and local information are current and readily available.
• Keep up to date with local events, attractions, restaurants, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and luxury brand standards.
• Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an advantage.
