Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge Agent to deliver personalized guest services and to act as the hotel’s ambassador for a luxury experience. You will provide information, arrange reservations, transportation, and tailored assistance while maintaining discretion and service excellence.

Welcome guests, anticipate needs, coordinate with departments, and ensure memorable stays by meeting high standards, including VIP requests and special occasions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations and solutions.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, shopping destinations, cultural sites, restaurants, and events.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the standards of a luxury hotel.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours, and special activities.
• Coordinate bookings for entertainment, cultural experiences, sporting events, and other guest requests.
• Facilitate VIP guest requirements and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations.
• Assist guests with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements when required.
• Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.
• Ensure VIP guests receive special recognition and personalized attention.
• Liaise effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and local partners.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate important guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments.
• Maintain an organized and professional concierge desk area.
• Ensure brochures, maps, promotional materials, and local information are current and readily available.
• Keep up to date with local events, attractions, restaurants, and transportation schedules.
• Monitor guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and luxury brand standards.
• Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when necessary.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
