Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge Agent to deliver personalized guest services and act as a trusted point of contact throughout guests' stays. You will be instrumental in creating memorable, seamless experiences in a luxury environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in concierge or related luxury-hospitality positions, with a strong emphasis on VIP handling, reservations, and proactive guest care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar luxury-hotel role.
• VIP and high-profile guest requests experience is advantageous.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations and solutions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, and special activities.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Liaise with external service providers and vendors.
• Keep the concierge desk organized and up to date with local information.
