Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services and coordinate with providers.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Review shift logs and document pertinent information; ensure outstanding requests are resolved.
• Monitor inventory and order general office supplies; notify Security of any incidents.
