Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full driving license
• Minimum of 4 years of proactive UAE sales experience
• Account management and business development experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in handling sales contracts
• Previous hotel/attractions industry experience
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
• Comfortable presenting driving license (UAE)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of UAE hotel sales channel
• Develop and implement hotel marketing collateral in UAE
• Collaborate with Transportation Team to improve hotel ridership
• Build relationships with hotel sales distribution chain and DMC partners
• Identify new distribution opportunities for Miral Destinations
• Monitor sales trends and report to management
• Coordinate with hotel Marketing and B2B teams for collateral
• Coach and appraise direct reports
• Maintain CRM with latest destination updates
• Drive growth through cost-effective process improvements
