Job summary

JA The Resort in Dubai seeks a skilled sales professional to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments, including corporate, leisure, group, and MICE. You will drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College/University Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Experience in corporate, leisure, group, or MICE sales.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hotel sales systems and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while continuously seeking opportunities to expand business.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with resort objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to support commercial goals.
• Represent JA The Resort at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and sales missions.
