Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Associate to enhance guest experiences and guide visitors at our Abu Dhabi attractions. You will help guests navigate the venue, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to create memorable visits.

The role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and quick thinking in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sharing information about events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• 1 year of experience in an operational department within hospitality or leisure industry.
• Knowledge of dry theme parks and attractions, specifically Operations, Guest Services, Security.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the facility and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation within the facility, providing directions and answering questions as needed.
• Ensure the safety of visitors by enforcing exhibition rules and guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility, including monitoring and tidying up as needed.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions and communicate relevant information to visitors.
• Uphold the values and mission, representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.
