Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking a Commis II - Hot Kitchen to join our culinary team. You will assist in producing the highest quality dishes in your section, following recipes, portioning, and plating standards while adhering to HACCP guidelines.

In this role you’ll support Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, manage mise en place, and contribute to a safe, hygienic kitchen. We value passion for hospitality and teamwork in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Produces the highest food quality within guidelines in the assigned area.
• Follows Radisson Blu standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Keeps spoilage and wastage to a minimum.
• Adheres to safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
