About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeaner.
• Manage waiting lists and reservations using a booking system or manually as needed.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Monitor dining room activity to ensure optimal seating flow and guest satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls related to reservations, directions, or general inquiries.
