Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our B2B commercial division in Dubai UAE. You will drive high-value contracts with premium hotel projects and secure brand placement across the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of corporate hospitality sales experience, holds a Bachelor's degree, and is fluent in English and Arabic. A strong network among hotel operators and procurement directors in the region is essential.

10+ years of enterprise hospitality sales experience.

Responsibilities

Identify target and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in Dubai and wider ME hotel developments.
Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains, procurement groups, designers, and developers.
Lead end-to-end bidding: track pipelines, prepare RFPs, negotiate pricing and contracts.
Present Sealy's technical specifications and durability to project stakeholders.
Monitor market trends to position Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner.

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an experienced strategic and network-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our B2B commercial division in Dubai UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts within the hospitality and FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment) sectors driving brand placement across premium hotel projects.

Position Overview

Job Title: Hospitality Sales Manager

Location: Dubai UAE (Candidates must currently reside in Dubai)

Experience: Minimum 10 years of corporate/B2B hospitality sales experience

Education: Bachelors Degree (Minimum requirement)

Target Nationalities: Jordanian Lebanese or Egyptian (due to specific market/account coverage needs)

Core Responsibilities

B2B Business Development: Identify target and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in new hotel developments refurbishments and mega-projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East.

Key Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains hospitality procurement groups interior designers fit-out contractors and developers.

Pipeline & Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end commercial bidding process from tracking project pipelines and preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals) to negotiating pricing and final contracts.

Technical Product Advisory: Present Sealys technical specifications product durability and health/ergonomic benefits clearly to project stakeholders and engineers.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor strategies and upcoming hospitality master plans to position Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner.

Requirements

Education: Must hold a valid Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: Exactly 10 years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem. Direct experience in commercial bedding luxury furniture or premium building materials is highly preferred.

Active Network: A strong existing portfolio of active contacts among hotel operators GM-level decision-makers and hospitality procurement directors in the region.
