Job summary

Sealy Mattress is seeking an Outdoor Sales Manager in the UAE to drive field sales growth, expand corporate partnerships, and manage B2B dealer networks for Sealy's premium sleep systems and Posturepedic technology across the UAE.

You will identify new accounts, strengthen relationships with distributors, and provide product training to retail staff while leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven outdoor/field sales experience, preferably in mattresses, bedding, or premium home furnishings.
• Resident of the UAE with strong understanding of the local retail and corporate landscape.
• Nationality restricted to Jordanian, Lebanese, or Egyptian nationals for regional expansion.
• Valid UAE driving license required for daily outdoor client visits.
• Private Health Insurance offered.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: identify and secure new outdoor commercial accounts including premium retail showrooms, interior designers, and hospitality projects.
• Dealer Network Management: maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors and retail partners to maximize shelf space and brand visibility.
• Product Education: conduct technical product training for retail staff on Sealy's sleep technologies and materials.
• Sales Pipeline Management: manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and after-sales service.
• Market Intelligence: monitor local mattress industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to inform leadership.
