Job summary

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (Sealy Mattress Middle East) is seeking a senior sales professional to drive B2B business development across Dubai and the Middle East hospitality sector.

You will manage premium hotel relationships, lead tender processes, and articulate Sealy's product benefits to engineers and procurement leaders. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in high-end hospitality sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and proven ability to negotiate large contracts with GM-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem.
• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• B2B business development to identify and secure premium bedding contracts in hotels and mega-projects.
• Key account management with hotel operators, procurement groups, and developers.
• Lead end-to-end bidding process, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and final contracts.
• Present Sealy's specifications, durability, and ergonomic benefits to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and master plans to position Sealy as a preferred partner.

Responsibilities

• B2B Business Development: Identify, target, and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in new hotel developments, refurbishments, and mega-projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East.
• Key Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains, hospitality procurement groups, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and developers.
• Pipeline & Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end commercial bidding process, from tracking project pipelines and preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals) to negotiating pricing and final contracts.
• Technical Product Advisory: Present Sealy's technical specifications, product durability, and health/ergonomic benefits clearly to project stakeholders and engineers.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming hospitality master plans to position Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem
• Strong, existing portfolio of active contacts among hotel operators, GM-level decision-makers, and hospitality procurement directors in the region
• Full professional fluency in English and Arabic
• High-level negotiation expertise, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional presentation skills
