Job summary

Capital Motion UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant Manager to lead business development and drive sales within the hospitality sector. The role focuses on acquiring corporate and B2B accounts, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

You will develop new leads through meetings, networking, and external sales activities, coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, or entertainment.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong track record of generating new leads and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and corporate market.
• UAE Driving License is required, as the role involves external client visits and business development.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate, B2B, events, and hospitality accounts.
• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, client visits, and market research.
• Conduct external meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and business partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on leads and opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, corporate functions, and industry events as required.
• Promote the company’s restaurants, venues, events, and hospitality services.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
